Instant Verification
As soon as your payment is processed through EPS, our system instantly verifies the transaction. You will receive an automated email confirmation with your unique Order ID.
Workshop Preparation
If you requested custom laser engraving, our workshop experts begin setting up your design. Since engraving is permanent, full prepayment is required before this step begins.
Dispatch & Sync
Your order is carefully packaged. For VOLTAG™ wallets, the NFC chip is synced to your Order ID before hand-off to our delivery partners. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for standard, non-customized orders nationwide. However, to prevent fraudulent orders, a nominal advance payment for delivery charge may be requested for areas outside Dhaka.
*COD is strictly NOT available for wallets with custom laser engraving, as the product is permanently customized for you.
Data Security
GetVolumes does not process, store, or have access to your credit card details or mobile banking PINs. All transactions are securely routed through the EPS encrypted gateway.
