1. Standard Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately if you change your mind. If the order has already been handed over to the courier, standard return policies will apply, and delivery charges will not be refunded.

2. Engraved Order Cancellations

Because engraving is a permanent customization process, cancellation requests for engraved items must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the leather is marked in our workshop, the order is locked and cannot be canceled or refunded.
