Important Notes
Proof of Purchase
A valid order ID or digital invoice from GetVolumes is mandatory to initiate any warranty claim.
Non-Transferable
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred if the item is gifted or resold.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the courier charges when sending the defective item to our workshop. GetVolumes covers the return shipping.
