At GetVolumes, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our full-grain leather goods. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. However, if things don't go as planned, our straightforward return and refund policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, uncarried, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in the original GetVolumes packaging, including all dust bags, NFC cards, and warranty tags.

2. The Engraving Exception (Non-Returnable)

Important: Products that have been customized with Laser Engraving are completely personalized for you. Because this process permanently alters the leather, engraved items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (EPS Gateway, bKash, Bank Transfer). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
